Smoked Beef Brisket

Smoked Beef Brisket (10-12 pounds)
1/4 cup coarse kosher salt

1tbl cayenne pepper (if your tough)
1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions:
Brisket Preparation: Trim excess fat wastage from the brisket being about 1/4-inch for seasoning flavor. In a bowl, combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and smoked paprika +cayenne. Season the brisket with plenty of the spice mix, rub it in well to make sure its all over.
Preheat the Grill: Preheat your Traeger grill to 225°F, this low & slow cooking will render down some fat and pen up those flavors.
Smoke: Transfer the brisket to the grill grate. Put a meat thermometer in the thickest part. Smoke for 10-12 hours, or until the internal temp reads 195°F
Rest: When you are finished, wrap the brisket in butcher paper or foil and let it rest for a minimum of 1 hour. Even after taking it out of the oven, rest for at least 10 minutes before serving—this helps the juices redistribute and keeps your bird discreetly juicy.
Serve: Slice your brisket against the grain and serve with BBQ sauce, bread, pickles or whatever you love to eat it.

Instructions:
How to Preheat the Traeger: You need a temperature of around 375 degrees F for burgers so begin preheating your traegaer grill first.
Make the Patties: Mix ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika and season well with salt & pepper in a large bowl Combine, taking care not to over-mix. Shape the mixture into your preferred sized patty remembering it will shrink a bit during cooking.
Chunky (Bacon) Blue Cheese Burgers & Mushroom Tumble-Grilled the patties on your grill grates and closed the lid. Grill the prime rib steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side or until they are cooked to your desired level of doneness. If you prefer extra melted cheese, stir some in during the last minute of cooking.

These Traeger wings are a summer barbecue and game day changer. These wings are full of that smoky, crispy flavor and so simple to make. Secure your wing game with this easy recipe.
Ingredients:
2 pounds of chicken wings
2 tablespoons olive oil
Garlic powder, 1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
salt 1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon black pepper
Your Favorite BBQ Sauce, Optional
Instructions:
Preparation: Heat your Traeger grill to 375°F. This will provide a nice crispy skin while still keeping the meat juicy inside.
Seasoning: Gently toss the avocado and lime with a sprinkle of salt.In another large bowl, gently coat olive oil on chicken wings add garlic powder/onion powder/smoked paprika/salt/black pepper/toss all to combine together till evenly coated marinated 25 mins in x-large ziplock bag STOP & do Shrimp while marinates or Baked Than Air Fried! Now dip each wing into the bowl to make sure it is properly coated.
On the Grill: Place wings in single layer on grill racks. Cover and cook for 25-30 mins, turning halfway through. Baked at 400 degrees for the last 5 minutes to be extra crispy.
If you like your wings saucy, toss them in sauce of choice for final last 5 mins of cooking.
Serving – Take the wings off of the grill and let sit a minute or two. And for a classic twist–serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.

Ingredients:
2 lbs beef, flank steak or eye of round (or sliced)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
Brown sugar, 2 tablespoons
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
Black pepper, 1 teaspoon
1 tsp red chilli flakes. [For the heat]
Instructions:
To prepare the beef: Start by freezing your beef for about an hour before slicing because it makes cutting easier. Thinly slice the beef (1/8″- 1/4″ thick) across the grain so that it’s nice and tender.
Whisk the soy sauce, Worcestershire and brown sugar together with a bowl D ) garlic powder onion power black pepper red pepper flakes Add beef strips to the marinade making sure they are all well coated. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight so the flavors will all blend.
Pre smoking, preheat your Traeger grill to 160°F and lay out the marinated beef strips on grill grates as one single layer with some space in between each strip. Smoke the jerky for 4 to 6 hours until it is dry but still flexible.
Storage: Store jerky at room temperature in an airtight container. They are certainly a nature friendly protein packed snack and so perfect to nosh on while trekking or hitting the next road trip.
